Die Kirche der Heiligen Cosma und Damiano ist eine Kirche von Brescia, die sich an der Kreuzung zwischen dem Bezirk der Bassich und über Cairoli befindet. Erbaut zu Beginn des vierzehnten Jahrhunderts und später im 15. Jahrhundert, bis zu einem letzten Remake im 17. Der Duomo nuovo, oder genauer gesagt die Sommerkathedrale Santa Maria Assunta, ist die Hauptkirche von Brescia, die Mutterkirche der gleichnamigen Diözese und ein italienisches Nationaldenkmal. Sie befindet sich auf der Piazza Paolo VI, auch bekannt als Piazza del Duomo, und ist Teil zweier nebeneinander liegender Kathedralen, nämlich der alten Kathedrale. Das Gotteshaus wurde zwischen 1604 und 1825 an der Stelle der frühchristlichen Basilika San Pietro de Dom aus dem 5.-6. Jahrhundert errichtet. Darüber hinaus ist es der Sitz einer Pfarrei, die zum Pastoralgebiet von Brescia Centro gehört.
Die Kirche Santa Maria della Carità, auch bekannt als die Kirche des Guten Hirten, weil sie bis 1998 vom gleichnamigen Kloster verwaltet wurde, ist eine Kirche in Brescia, in der Via dei Musei an der Kreuzung mit der Via Gabriele Rosa. Auf einem charakteristischen achteckigen Grundriss befindet sich der barocke Bau samt einigen Kunstwerken, darunter Skulpturen.

Die archäologischen Ausgrabungen des Palazzo Martinengo Cesaresco Novarino in Brescia wurden 1998 im Untergeschoss des Palastes eröffnet, nach achtjähriger Arbeit, die vielfältige Stratigraphie des Bereichs unter dem Gebäude umfasste. Die Ausgrabungen haben Zeugnisse und Funde von der Vorgeschichte bis zum Mittelalter ans Licht gebracht und die dreitausendjährige Geschichte der Piazza del Foro und dieses Gebiets der Stadt Brescia bestätigt.

Das Forum Romanum von Brescia war ab dem ersten Jahrhundert v. Chr. der antike Hauptplatz des Stadtzentrums von Brixia, der später von Vespasian fertiggestellt wurde. Ein Großteil des ursprünglichen Platzes ist heute der Piazza del Foro nachempfunden, während die Überreste der meisten Gebäude, die ihn überragten, im Freien oder im Untergeschoss der Gebäude, die heute den Platz umgeben, ans Licht gebracht wurden. Dieser monumentale archäologische Komplex bewahrt die wichtigsten öffentlichen Gebäude der Römerzeit in Norditalien und wurde aus diesem Grund zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe erklärt, Teil der seriellen Stätte "Langobarden in Italien: die Orte der Macht".

Die Kirche San Marco Evangelista ist eine Kirche in Brescia, Italien, die sich in der Via Laura Cereto befindet, im Hintergrund des langen Platzes, in den die Straße in der Nähe übergeht. Die Kirche befindet sich auch nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza del Foro und dem Capitolium entfernt. Sie wurde Ende des dreizehnten Jahrhunderts erbaut und überstand alle folgenden Jahrhunderte unversehrt und kann daher als die einzige der wahrscheinlich dreißig oder vierzig Kirchen angesehen werden, die zwischen dem siebten und vierzehnten Jahrhundert auf oder in der Nähe des Cidneo-Hügels gegründet wurden und in ihrer ursprünglichen Form überliefert sind. Es sind Spuren der ursprünglichen Fresken und eines Gemäldes von Pietro Marone erhalten.

San Salvatore ist ein ehemaliges Kloster in Brescia in der Lombardei, das heute als Museum genutzt wird. Der monastische Komplex ist wegen seiner architektonischen Vielfalt bekannt, die Bauten aus römischer, vorromanischer und romanischer Zeit sowie der Renaissance umfasst. Im Jahr 2011 wurde San Salvatore unter der Bezeichnung Die Langobarden in Italien, Orte der Macht ins UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe aufgenommen. Der Überlieferung nach ist San Salvatore der Ort, an dem Desiderata, die Tochter des Langobarden-Königs Desiderius und Ehefrau Karls des Großen nach der Auflösung der Ehe 771 lebte.

Die Kirche San Zeno al Foro ist eine Kirche in Brescia, Italien, die sich auf der Piazza del Foro an der Via dei Musei neben den Überresten des Kapitols befindet. Sie wurde im achtzehnten Jahrhundert auf der früheren mittelalterlichen Kirche erbaut und taucht allmählich im Hintergrund der heutigen Via Musei für diejenigen auf, die sie von der Piazza della Loggia aus durchqueren, so sehr, dass man sie bis zur Porta Bruciata erblicken kann. Neben den römischen Ruinen dominiert auch die Szene des Platzes, unterstützt durch das fantasievolle barocke Geländer des Kirchhofs. Es bewahrt wertvolle Gemälde lokaler Autoren der Zeit.

Das Kapitolium oder Kapitolinische Tempel ist ein römischer Tempel in Brescia auf der Piazza del Foro, entlang der Via dei Musei, dem Kern des antiken römischen Brixia. Zusammen mit dem Theater, den Überresten des Stadtforums und den archäologischen Ausgrabungen des Palazzo Martinengo bildet es den bedeutendsten Komplex von Ruinen und Überresten öffentlicher Gebäude aus der Römerzeit in Norditalien.
